Should I book a Clarity Visit or a New Patient Exam?
Book a Clarity Visit if you have one specific concern, second opinion, cosmetic goal, implant question, emergency concern, or treatment decision. Book a New Patient Exam & Cleaning if you are ready to establish care and want a full baseline exam and cleaning.
Can I bring X-rays or a treatment plan from another dentist?
Yes. Please bring them or have them sent to us before your visit. We would rather review what already exists first before taking any new imaging.
Will I get a cleaning at the Clarity Visit?
No. The Clarity Visit is a focused consultation. If you want a cleaning and a full baseline exam, the New Patient Exam & Cleaning is the better starting point.
Does insurance cover this visit?
It depends on your plan. The self-pay fee is $190. When applicable, we can submit to insurance, and our team can help you understand what may or may not apply.
Do I have to move forward with treatment at Rise?
No. The purpose of the visit is to give you clear information. If you want to move forward with us, we will guide you. If not, that is completely okay.
What if I have more than one concern?
Bring them up. We will focus on your primary concern first and let you know if anything else needs a separate visit or a full comprehensive exam.
