What to Expect At Your First Visit
We start by listening—your story, your goals, your concerns—then co-plan the next step together.
Before You Come
- Complete online forms.
- Email us your recent x-rays/records to info@risesmiles.com —or share your previous provider’s info and we’ll request them.
During Your Visit
- The First Conversation: We start with your story, goals, and concerns.
- Comprehensive Exam: We evaluate your teeth, gums, jaw joints, bite function/airway, and your esthetic concerns.
- Cleaning: Gentle cleaning as appropriate (Guided Biofilm Therapy and Ozone when indicated).
- Co-planning: We review findings together, you'll get your risk assessment, and we'll set priorities.
After Your Visit
- A clear, phased plan aligned to your goals.

The SPACE Framework for Phased Care
We designed the SPACE Framework to provide a clear path for your health, at a pace that works for you.
Stabilize
We start with stabilizing your most urgent dental needs, such as any active infection or broken teeth.
Purify
We purify and protect your smile by reducing microbial/bacterial load that causes inflammation. We used advanced Ozone Therapy to naturally disinfect and promote healing for your teeth and gums.
Align & Airway
Rise Dental offers screening for function/bite, as well as 3D airway evaluation to help teeth and joints work together for optimal, long-term function.
Confidence
At this phase, we discuss how to help improve confidence in your smile. We use biomimetic methods for tooth bonding and veneers to preseve your teeth's natural beauty. Discussions for improving tooth color, worn down or misshapen teeth, etc. are addressed at this stage.
Elevate
The final phase is Elevate, to support your lifestyle with a personalized recall rhythm, as well as any adjunctive treatments such as Botox or specialist referrals to help you find answers and connection.
