Complete your new-patient paperwork. If you are using insurance, we verify benefits after your paperwork is complete and before your appointment when possible.

Photos, x-rays, scans, and gum measurements are based on what is appropriate for your exam.

Airway, sleep, dry mouth, habits, inflammation, and other clues when relevant.
Cleaning when appropriate
Most patients receive a cleaning when clinically appropriate. If your gums need a different type of care, we explain why.

How much is the first visit?
The self-pay option is $199. If you have dental benefits, Rise will file your insurance when applicable. Coverage varies by plan.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. We file claims for patients with dental benefits when applicable. Benefits are verified after your new-patient paperwork is completed so our team has the information needed to check your plan.
Will I get a cleaning at the first visit?
Most patients receive a cleaning when it is clinically appropriate. If your gum findings indicate that a different type of periodontal care is needed, we explain what we found and what the next step should be.
What if I only have one specific problem?
If you are not looking for a full new-patient exam and only want one concern, treatment plan, second opinion, cosmetic question, implant question, or focused issue evaluated, the Limited Consult may fit better.
